Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of Snake Merge: Color Puzzle ("the App") can request deletion of data associated with their use of the App. The App is developed and operated by an independent developer under the name Creatone Games ("the Developer", "we", "us").

1. How to request data deletion

To submit a data deletion request, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to creatonegames@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request — Snake Merge.
3. State that you want data associated with Snake Merge: Color Puzzle to be deleted.
4. Include any available information that may help us identify the relevant data, such as your device platform, approximate installation date, country, App version, support request details, or an identifier previously provided by the App or our support team.

Do not send passwords, payment card information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information.

2. What data may be deleted

Depending on the data available and whether it can be linked to your request, deletion may include:

• Gameplay and analytics events associated with an identifiable App installation, device identifier, or pseudonymous identifier.
• Technical, crash, performance, or diagnostic information controlled directly by the Developer.
• Support correspondence and information that you previously sent to us.
• Marketing, advertising measurement, or attribution information that can reasonably be connected to your request.

The App does not require account registration and does not ask users to create a personal profile or provide their name, phone number, or email address in order to play.

Some gameplay, analytics, advertising, attribution, and diagnostic information may be stored only under pseudonymous, aggregated, or anonymous identifiers. If no usable identifier is available, it may not be technically possible to connect those records to a specific user or installation.

3. Data stored on your device

You can delete locally stored game data directly from your Android device:

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Open Apps or Applications.
3. Select Snake Merge: Color Puzzle.
4. Open Storage.
5. Select Clear data or Clear storage.
6. Uninstall the App if you no longer wish to use it.

Clearing the App's storage may permanently remove local progress, settings, virtual currency, boosters, and other information stored only on your device.

4. Advertising, analytics and attribution providers

The App uses third-party services for analytics, advertising, attribution, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and purchase processing. Depending on the App version, geographic region, SDK configuration, and service availability, these providers may include:

• Google Analytics for Firebase — Firebase Privacy
• Yandex AppMetrica — Yandex Privacy Policy
• Meta Platforms / Facebook SDK — Meta Privacy Policy
• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource mediation — Unity Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — How Google uses information
• Unity Ads — Unity Ads Privacy
• Meta Audience Network — Meta Privacy Policy
• AppsFlyer — AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing — Google Privacy Policy

These third-party providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Their role, retention periods, and available deletion mechanisms may differ depending on the service and the type of data involved.

We will delete or anonymize data under our direct control when it can be identified. Where technically available, we may also use privacy and deletion tools provided by our analytics, attribution, and advertising providers.

Some information may be independently controlled by third-party providers. In those cases, you may also need to use the privacy request forms, device controls, or account controls provided directly by those companies.

You can reset or delete your Android advertising identifier through your device's privacy or Google advertising settings. Menu names may differ depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.

5. Purchase records

Payments and purchase records are processed through Google Play. Creatone Games does not receive or store your complete payment card information.

Certain purchase and transaction records may be retained by Google or by the Developer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.

6. Processing time

We will review your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We generally aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days.

We may contact you for additional information if it is reasonably necessary to identify the relevant data, locate records associated with your request, or verify that the request is legitimate.

7. Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where necessary to:

• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse of the App.
• Resolve payment disputes or enforce legal rights.
• Maintain records showing that a deletion request was completed.
• Protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Developer.

Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes and retained only for as long as required.
